I only accept payment through PayPal. Full payment upfront! After all the commission details have been discussed! I will send the invoice!
If the customer doesn't pay within three days after discussion, the commission will get cancelled! So please be ready.
As the artist, I have the right to decline a commission without specifying my reason to do so.✧USAGE✧Commissioned work can be for personal use or professional use.
It is mandatory to credit me if the art is posted online.
All commissioned art will/can be posted on my social media (i.e. Instagram or Twitter), please mention if you are uncomfortable with me sharing your commission. (it will require extra fees)✧TURNAROUND TIME✧Art Commissions : Turnaround time is 1-6 weeks from initial payment. Depend on the commission.
Please let me know beforehand if you have a deadline, rush fee can apply on a percentage basis.✧REFUND POLICY✧I will only do refunds if the customer have not received their art after 6 weeks. Or if I feel the need to cancel.
So please be sure before ordering!
I won't refund if the customer is unsatisfied with the final product. <-----
That said, once the product is finished, I will allow two free revisions. Whether it concerns color, background changes or facial expression edits, I will do it. However, I cannot allow major changes like completely changing the pose after I've finished.
This is why the sketch process is important!
